Try some exotic
Easter brunch breads

Star-Bulletin

The Honolulu Street Market is offering a selection of breads suited to an Easter brunch.

The street market is at City Square on Kohou Street, the old Kapalama Gem site.

It is open Saturdays only, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Call 221-6042.

The breads from Kakaako Bakers are normally available only to restaurants.

Among the offerings are Garlic Butter Buns, made with three kinds of cheese; Ciabatta rolls, similar to English muffins but lighter; cinnamon and raisin loaves.

More traditional offerings include rye loaves, sourdough boules (rounds) and focaccia rolls with herb topping.
