New jobs

>> Danford Oshima and Rey Rubianes have been named vice presidents and corporate banking officers for City Bank's corporate loan department. Oshima was previously with First Hawaiian Bank. Rubianes comes to City Bank after working for U.S. Bancorp.

Promotions

>> Steve Winter has been named to the newly created position of corporate director of hotel operations for HTH Corp. He was the former managing director at King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel. Winter will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the Pagoda Hotel and King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel. He will also oversee the Pacific Beach Hotel's rooms and facilities division. Winter has more than 30 years of hospitality experience.

>> Mike Fujii has been named Asia/Pacific sales manager for the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa. He was formerly Asia/Pacific food and beverage sales manager for the resort. Fujii joined the Hyatt Regency Waikiki as a waiter in 1991.
