>> Along Came a Spider -- Morgan Freeman reprises his role as Detective Alex Cross from the '97 film "Kiss the Girls." This time out, the character uses his skills to save a child from a would-be criminal mastermind. His female counterpart, instead of Ashley Judd, is Monica Potter as a disgraced Secret Service agent with prior knowledge of the kidnapper. [Preview]
Films opening this weekend:>> Blow -- Based on the real-life story of George Jung, the American cocaine smuggler who established the first vital link between the Colombian drug cartel and the United States in the '70s, and how his career helped with the slow disintegration of his personal family life. Johnny Depp stars with Penelope Cruz, Paul Reubens and Ray Liotta.
>> Hit and Runway -- An "odd couple" comedy about an aspiring (if macho) screenwriter and the gay playwright that he collaborates with.
>> Just Visiting -- Based on a popular '93 French movie, Jean Reno and Christian Clavier reprise their roles of the 12th-century nobleman and his servant who are accidentally transported to modern-day Chicago after a wizard's time-travel potion goes wrong.
>> Pokemon 3 -- This time, Ash Ketchum, Pikachu and friends discover the realm of the mysterious Unknown Pokemon, who have the power to turn human thoughts and emotions into reality. Dozens of new characters will be introduced, to be then turned into game cards, depleting the wallets of wary parents everywhere.
