Apollo Ikaika Emmett Arlantico-Lopez, 16, of Honolulu, a student at McKinley High School, died March 23 in Kapiolani Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by parents Patrick E. Maria Mateo Davalos, 95, of Wahiawa, a homemaker, died March 24 in St. Francis Hospice West. She was born in the Philippines. She is survived by daughters Mary A.D. Parangan and Mercedes D. John Manuia "Termite" Pakele, 89, of Kaneohe, a retired line inspector for Hawaiian Electric Co., died March 26. He was born in Kaalaea, Oahu. He is survived by wife Isabella "Bella"; children Trini Hough, Gwen Higa, James "Kea" Pakele, John "Mia" Pakele, Nani Witsch, Eva Kong, Johnsie Kodama, Allan Pakele, Norinne Vierra, Colonel Pakele and Quentin Gohier; 52 grandchildren; and 80 great-grandchildren. Leroy William Silva, 77, of Honolulu, died March 25 in Queen's Medical Center. He is survived by son James E.; brother Bernard E. "Eddie"; sisters Alta Silva Coelho, Christine Silva and Mary B.
