the RotundaSo on Wednesday, Jaffe will get her wish as the state House of Representatives hosts an hourlong fitness class there called "Rock the Rotunda" to benefit the 12th annual Hawaii Foodbank Food Drive.
The event starts at 5:45 p.m. to allow the pau hana crowd to move their body parts, whether fit or rotund, on down to the Capitol Rotunda.
Aerobics students from more than 30 fitness clubs islandwide have been invited to participate. Admission is three cans of food.
Oahu Jazzercise instructors will lead the class along with Jaffe. Jazzercise combines aerobics with the fun of dance, and Jaffe says no experience is necessary. Participants should show up in their usual workout gear of shorts, top and rubber-soled shoes.
