Papa John's Pizza gives out
pizza to mark a new store opening

Above, Donna Ware takes a big bite from a free slice of
pizza at the grand opening of the Nuuanu Papa John's
Pizza yesterday. The store on the corner of Nuuanu
Avenue and Vineyard Boulevard expected to give out
about 8,000 slices of pizza. It was the 12th store the
company opened in the last two years. Today is the
store's official opening. Below, some children from
Salvation Army's tutorial program from Ka Hale A'o
Kauluwela Mission Corps from left, Lesley Wong,
Maggie Chung, Ying Shan Yu, Chantelle Yasutake
and Christine Nguyen get free soda and pizza.
