Undefeated Leilehua gets the next crack at trying to stop the Mililani tandem.
The Broadus brothers nearly outscored the entire Kaimuki team yesterday to lead Mililani to a 58-42 win, a trip to the OIA semifinals and a berth in the state tournament.
Mililani meets Western Division rival Leilehua in one semifinal next Wednesday. Kalaheo faces off against Kahuku in the other.
All four teams are in the state tournament, which runs Feb. 21-24.
Kaimuki, which earned a first-round bye by finishing second in the Eastern Division, finishes the year at 8-3.
William Broadus, a senior, scored five points in the second quarter and Rashaun, a junior, added seven more to help the Trojans (9-2) to a 26-14 halftime lead.
William finished with a game-high 19 points and Rashaun chipped in with 17.
In two tournament games, they have combined for 60 of Mililani's 118 points.
Justin Faimealelei (16 points) and Kila Kamakawiwo'ole (14) closed out their prep basketball careers for Kaimuki. Both signed letters of intent to the University of Hawaii in the fall to play football.

Daniels each scored seven points in the first half as the unbeaten Mustangs rolled to a win against the undermanned Rams.
Kalaheo (11-0) had three players in double figures, led by Francis' 16 points. The Mustangs connected on 19-of-24 free throws.
Kula Tanuvasa scored 15 points for Radford.
Kalaheo beat Kahuku, 95-52, on Jan. 11 -- outscoring the Red Raiders, 34-8, in the final quarter.

Kailua (7-5) couldn't make a huge comeback as it did Thursday against Aiea after trailing 21-2 at halftime.
Koali Castillo paced Kailua with 22 points. Samson Satele was the next highest scorer for the Surfriders with nine.
The Mules drained more free throws in the game (10) than the Surfriders attempted (9).
Leilehua advances to meet Mililani next week. The Mules dumped the Trojans, 77-59, on Jan. 6, with three players scoring 18 points each.
