Pearl City edged Leilehua, 2-1, and Mililani slipped past Kaimuki, 3-2, yesterday in the semifinals of the OIA Tournament.
The title game is noon tomorrow at the Hawaii Pacific University field in Kaneohe.
The Trojans, who have won 39 consecutive regular and post-season league games -- including two straight OIA championships, beat the Chargers, 4-2, back on Jan. 4. In that game, Miki Asamura tossed a three-hitter to get the best of Loihi McKeague.
Yesterday against the Mules, McKeague smashed a two-run homer to deep left-center in the bottom of the first, then made the runs stand up with a complete game performance on the mound. She finished with six strikeouts and gave up six hits.

At Keolu Field, Jana Bintz and Shelly Featheran drove in two runs each and reliever Danielle Young struck out seven as the Surfriders routed the Knights and moved within a win of earning the OIA's the final state tournament berth.Kailua hosts Waianae today at 3:30 p.m. in the fifth-place game of the OIA Tournament, and the winner fills the fifth, and final, OIA slot for the state tournament.

The Kalani and Kailua boys' soccer teams picked up wins on the final day of the Oahu Interscholastic Association regular season. Soccer
Kalani topped Kaimuki, 2-1, on goals by Keaka Lee and Grant Arakaki to finish in second place in the OIA Eastern Division.
Kailua roughed up McKinley, 4-0, to take fourth place in the East.
The OIA Tournament runs from next Wednesday through Feb. 3.
