Army Adds 12 Heroes

Col. Rodney Anderson, left, and Alfred Arakaki congratulate
inductees Barney F. Hajiro and Shizuya Hayashi yesterday at the
"Gallery of Heroes" inside the U.S. Army Museum at Fort DeRussy.
Arakaki said he was drinking buddies with Hajiro and Hayashi during
World War II. Others inducted yesterday were Mikio Hasemoto,
Daniel Inouye, Yeiki Kobashigawa, Robert T. Kuroda, Kaoru
Moto, Masato Nakae, Shinyei Nakamine, Allan M. Ohata,
Yukio Okutsu and Francis B. Wai.
