Harry T.C. Amano, 73, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard employee, died Dec. 23 in Kaiser Moanalua Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by companion Nina Martin; stepson Clayton Ching; daughters Gertrude Ozaki and Mavis Torikawa; brothers Domingo, Alfred, Roger, Sonny and Rudy Amano and Ronald Char; sisters Veronica, Maggie, Felly and Dolores, and two grandchildren. Dori L. Baang, 38, of Ewa Beach died Dec. 23. She was born in San Jose, Calif. She is survived by husband Alfred K.; daughter Katrina Weaver; son Joseph Perez; stepsons Alfred, Richard, Simon, Chad, Damien and Justin Baang; mother Charlotte Youth; stepfather Samuel Young; brother Joe Allie; grandparents John and Lorraine Kemmere, and nine grandchildren. Patricia Y.L. Carias, 59, of Honolulu died Dec. 23. She was born in Honolulu. Edmond A. Char, 64, of Kailua, a pipefitter, died Thursday in Kailua. He was born in Kalaoa, Kona, Hawaii. Gertrudis G. Galicinao, 93, of Honolulu, a retired pineapple picker, died Dec. 19 in St. Francis Medical Center. She was born in the Philippines. Tadashi Tsuda and Irene F. Tsuda were remembered in private services. Tadashi Tsuda, 84, of Honolulu, a retired federal auto mechanic, died Dec. 17 in Straub Clinic and Hospital. He was born in Kipu, Kauai. Irene Tsuda, 79, of Honolulu, a retired optical receptionist, died Nov. 17 at home. She was born in Puunene, Maui. They are survived by daughters Frances Matsuoka and Karen Nishimura and a grandchild. He is survived by brother Robert and sisters Nancy Kajioka and Betsy Akama. She is survived by sisters Katherine Nagatori, Dorothy Kusatsu and Clara Harada.

Maurice B. Udo, 77, of Honolulu, a retired plumber, died last Tuesday in Hospice Hawaii Kailua Home. He was born in Kaapahu, Hamakua, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Florence; sons Calvin, Glenn and Ernie; daughter Jo Ann Goya; stepdaughters Jo Ann Masumoto and Lori-Ann Inouye; sister Tatsue Yoshida, eight grandchildren and four stepgrandchildren.
