Davis Levin will take up three of the building's five stories, according to CB Richard Ellis Hawaii Inc., which represented the law firm in the lease deal.
A&B Properties, a unit of Alexander & Baldwin Inc., bought the building from Bank of Hawaii in June. The building was built in 1898, with the Bank of Hawaii as one of its first occupants, according to CB Richard Ellis. It was home of the Honolulu Stock Exchange until 1976, when it was renovated.
