Some 40 of the world's top surfers will attend the function, which begins at 7 p.m. Among the auction items are autographed surfboards and surf accessories donated by Kelly Slater, Sunny Garcia, Mark Occhilupo, Derek Ho, Michael "Munga" Barry, Bonga Perkins, Shane Dorian, Mike Stewart and others.
Tickets are $7 and available at the Honolulu YMCA, or tomorrow at the Hard Rock Cafe.
Viloria autograph session
United States boxing champion Brian Viloria will hold an autograph session Saturday from 1-3 p.m. at Kollectable Treasures in the Aiea Shopping Center, second floor.For more information, call 487-0720.
Warriors tackle Cowboys
The Hawaiian Warriors play the Kauai Cowboys in a semi-professional football game Saturday at 7 p.m. at Kaiser High School.A number of former local prep and college players stock both team's rosters.
There is a $5 donation to cover game expenses. Children under 12 are admitted free.
Judo clinic next week
Hawaii Judo Inc. will host a clinic Dec. 22 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Tokai University Pacific Center.The clinic will feature 2000 U.S. Olympic team member Amy Tong, two-time national collegiate champion Christian Aarona and 2000 national high school champion Taylor Takata.
Cost of the clinic is $2 prepaid, $5 at the door.
