Lindsey’s Angels


Above and below, craftsman Lindsey Pollock
creates an angel yesterday out of dried plant
material at the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach.

Pollock proudly displays a finished angel in a
front of the hotel's 12-foot Christmas tree, from
which hang 300 of his angels, made of palm fiber,
bird of paradise and banana leaves, kamani nuts,
coconut fiber and protea.



Festive farm
