Temporary Parking Ban

During the Christmas season, tow-away zones will be added to the following areas:

Kakaako: Kapiolani Boulevard makai side from South Street to Atkinson Drive; Keeaumoku Street between Liona and Makaloa streets; and Kaheka Street, Ewa side from 800 Kaheka to Makaloa streets.

Pearl City: 808 to 926 Puu Kula Drive, inner curb; and Hoolaulea Street, makai side from Waimano Home Road to Hoomalu Street.

CHRISTMAS PARADES

Immaculate Conception Feast Day Procession, 5:30 p.m. Friday beginning and ending at the Immaculate Conception Church Parish Hall. Route proceeds along Renton Road, Ala Loa, Auwaha, Imelda, Karayan and Kikoo streets.

North Shore Santa parade, 11 a.m. Saturday from Pupukea along Kamehameha Highway to Kaaawa.

Gentry-Waipio Santa parade, 10 a.m. Saturday from the shopping center along the loop formed by Waipio Uka Street and Ka Uka Boulevard and returning to the shopping center.

Waipahu Santa parade, 3 p.m. Dec. 16 beginning and ending at the YMCA parking lot. Route proceeds along Waipahu Street, Kahuanui Street, Farrington Highway, Pupukahi and Honowai streets.

Kapolei Santa parade, 6 p.m. Dec. 16 from Umena and Kikaha streets and proceeding along Makakilo Drive; Nohohale and Palailai streets; Makakilo Drive; Farrington Highway; Kealanani and Kumuiki streets; Kamaaha Loop, Kamaaha, Kekuilani and Kuloa streets; and Kealanani Avenue.
