Basilia A. Alvarado, 98, of Nanakuli died Nov. 5 in Maluhia Hospital. She was born in the Philippines. Barbara K. Alvarez, 66, of Kaneohe, a retired senior nurse's aide for Ann Pearl Care Home, died Saturday. She was born in Honolulu.
