Items for kids ages 5 to 12 to buy for friends or aunties will be priced from $3 to $9.
Another special feature of the sale this year will be the sale of vintage handpainted and handlettered samurai posters of the '40s and '50s. These were posted at theaters, such as Toyo, which featured the popular Japanese dramas.
And look for some of the best "trash" in town, unsold inventory, supplies and remnants donated by teachers at TEMARI, Center for Asian and Pacific Arts.
The sale runs 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii, 2454 S. Beretania St. Kid-only store hours are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is free. Call 735-1860 for more information.

"I'm originally from here, but I moved to the mainland to work. I'd been attending other modeling conventions on the mainland over the years and wanted to bring back something positive to help the modeling and fashion industry here."
The event offers model hopefuls the opportunity to meet and mingle with representatives from modeling and talent agencies, photographers and fashion vendors.
