Sports attorney
to give speech

Noted sports attorney and agent Leigh Steinberg will present a motivational speech at Hickam AFB Memorial Theater tomorrow from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

University of Hawaii football coach June Jones will introduce Steinberg and speak to the press afterwards.

The event is free and open primarily to military members and those who have military installation access stickers on their cars allowing access to Hickam AFB.

It is sponsored by the UH Army ROTC program and the Marketing Department of UH Athletics.

UH golfers bring up rear

The University of Hawaii women's golf team finished last out of 17 teams with a 997 total yesterday in the 54-hole Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational tournament at Redmond, Wash. USC successfully defended its team title with an 896 total.

Stanford's Stephanie Keever and Tulsa's Stacy Prammanasudh led the way with even-par 216s.

Roberts football shuttle

Roberts Hawaii offers round- trip shuttle bus service to Aloha Stadium for University of Hawaii football games.

Bus No. 1 starts at Koko Head Elementary School (4:15 p.m.), Hawaii Kai Park &Ride (4:30) and Kahala Mall (4:45).

Bus No. 2 makes one pickup at Mililani Mauka Park n' Ride (4:30) p.m.).

Bus No. 3 picks up at Windward Mall Shopping Center on Alaloa Street at 4:30 p.m.

Bus No. 4 starts at Makakilo Elementary School (4:30) and makes a second pickup in Kapolei curbside of the theaters on Kamokila Blvd. (4:45).

Bus No. 5 picks up at Kamamalu Park on Queen Emma St. (4:30) and at the corner of Kapalama and School streets (4:45).
