Masayo Abe, 85, of Paia, Maui, a retired seamstress for Ikeda Department Store in Paia, died Friday in Hale Makua. She was born in Keau. She is survived by daughters Kay Abe-Kaiser and Mary Okihara; a sister and brother in Japan, and a granddaughter. Memorial services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Nikkei Christian Church in Kahului. Charles M. Moriki, 89, of Honolulu, a retired mechanic for the city Board of Water Supply, died Oct. 2 in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Kailua.
