The Search for Signs of
Hawaiian Life in the Universe

Illinois luau

Darryl and Melody Hamer of North Riverside, Ill., decided
to throw a luau in their garage recently. They got the idea
after visiting Dorothy Stone -- Melody's former
elementary-school teacher -- in Kapolei last year.
The Search for Signs of Hawaiian Life in the Universe is just that -- we're looking for evidence of Hawaiiana everywhere but Hawaii.
