While we're on the subject of love and courtship, we might as well talk about The Wedding. There'll be much to discuss tomorrow and Saturday at the 6th annual World Class Wedding Exposition at Neal Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. What's love without
the happy wedding?Exhibitors, ranging from florists to photographers to caterers, will be there to offer tips for planning the perfect wedding. And to emphasize the point that fairy tales come true, there will be a Cinderella-style coach on display at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel's double booth in the limousine area.
Highlighting the event will be a bridal gown fashion show at 8 p.m. tomorrow and 3 p.m. Saturday. Special guest models Saturday will be TV personality Trini Kaopuiki and "Baywatch's" Stacy Kamano. Kamano will also be signing the Spring/Summer edition of Hawaii Weddings & Honeymoon Planner at about 3:30 p.m.
Honolulu -- the Band, now on the reception circuit, will also give brides-to-be a taste of their music at 1 p.m. Saturday.
While you're there, enter to win a pair of his and hers Christian Bauer platinum rings valued at more than $3,000, and a grand prize of a cruise for two offered by Didi Ah Yo and Creative Holidays in conjunction with Carnival Cruises.
Hours for the expo are 6 to 10 p.m. tomorrow and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $5 at the door.
