TOKYO (AP) -- Yokozuna (grand champion) Musashimaru and other high ranking wrestlers scored victories, but sekiwake (junior champion) Tochiazuma suffered an upset defeat Monday, the second day of the 15-day Autumn Grand Sumo tournament.

In the day's final bout at the Ryogoku Kokugikan Sumo Arena, Musashimaru, or Fiamalu Penitani from Hawaii, grabbed No. 3 maegashira (senior wrestler) Kyokutenho's belt and forced him out for his second victory against no defeats.

Kyokutenho, or Mongolian Tsevegnyam Nyamjav, is 0-2.

Yokozuna Akebono, who suffered an upset defeat in the opening bout Sunday, charged No. 3 maegashira Tochinonada with hand thrusts and pushed him down. Akebono, or Chad Rowan from Hawaii, is 1-1 and Tochinonada 0-2.
