A U.S. sailor watches the Chinese destroyer Quingdao
arrive this morning for a four-day visit. This is the
Chinese Navy's third visit to Pearl Harbor, and its
first to a U.S. port since China suspended relations
following the bombing of its embassy in Belgrade in 1999.
