Tatsuo Akamine, 86, of Honolulu, a retired exterminator, died Aug. 26 in St. Francis Hospice. He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Sadako; sons James M. and Vincent T.; daughter Muriel S. Arakaki; brother Kiyoshi; sisters Hatsue Nakamura, Alice A. Louis K. "Kaboy" Fernandez Jr., 78, of Honolulu, a retired pipefitter, died Thursday at home. He was born in Kula, Maui. Adriano E. Garcia, 88, of Honolulu, a retired dietician for Queen's Medical Center, died Aug. 23 at Queen's. He was born in the Philippines. Tsuyu Miyakado, 86, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died Aug. 22. She was born in Koloa, Kauai.
