Anecito L. Bergantinos, 57, of Honolulu, who worked at General Growth Management of Hawaii, died Sunday in Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Rosales, the Philippines. He is survived by wife Helen C.; daughter Anilyn C.; son Greg C.; mother Martina L.; brothers Victorino, Irenio, Amado, Benjamin and Paquito; and sisters Aida Baldevarona and Herminia Olegario. Mass: 11:15 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Call after 8:30 a.m. Burial: Diamond Head Memorial Park.

Wayne Lee Bowers, 65, of Kaneohe, a retired contractor, died Saturday in St. Francis-West Hospice. He was born in Michigan. He is survived by wife Doris, mother Helen Bye and sister Donna Boniferro. Richard S. George, 71, of Honolulu, an auto mechanic, died Aug. 14 in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Bridget Yamamoto, sister Pearl Pacheco, brother Jessie, hanai daughter "Cookie" Espinas and eight grandchildren. Private services.

Barbara H. Godwin, 48, of Honolulu died Monday in Tripler Army Medical Center. She was born in Memphis, Tenn. She is survived by husband Bruce, son Brandon Bosworth, mother Eleanor Houston and brother Richard Houston. Graveside services: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. Aloha attire.

Margaret Lee Ing, 89, of Aina Haina, a retired teacher from Epiphany Day School, died Aug. 23. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Jeanette Low, son Gordon, two brothers, four sisters and three grandchildren. Private services.

Buren H. "B.H." Jordan, 80, of Princeville, Kauai, died Friday in Tripler Army Medical Center, Center for Aging. He was born in South Carolina. He is survived by wife Pauline, brother LeGett and sister Jean Guy. Services at a later date.

Yukino Koja, 98, of Kahului, a blind vendor at the old Kahului Airport, died Saturday in Hale Makua. She was born in Kula, Maui. She is survived by sons Jiro and Mikio, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Private services.

George H. Kurashige, 73, of Wahiawa, a retired U.S. Army master sergeant, died Aug. 20 in Wahiawa General Hospital. He was also vice president of Central Pacific Bank. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Misao, sons Tom H. and Kent K., daughter Kay K. James, brothers Lawrence and James, and three grandchildren. Private services.

Severina A. Lomosad, 96, of Hanapepe, Kauai, died Aug. 30 in Hale Omao Nursing Home. She was born in Leyte, the Philippines. She is survived by sons Hilario, Vince, Pete, Manuel and Alejandro; daughters Gardencia Ambolong, Mercides Sanders, Julia Lomosad and Leonora Towsend; and grandchildren. Umeno A. Masuda, 96, of Kailua, a retired shoemaker for Scott Shoe Co., died Saturday in Pearl City Nursing Home. She was born in Yamaguchi-Ken, Japan. She is survived by sons Harry and Kenneth, daughters Grace Tam and Florence Higa, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.

Herman G. Misajon, 69, of Henderson, Nev., a retired U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, died Saturday in Henderson. He received two Bronze Stars, the Purple Heart, the Vietnamese Cross of Galiantry and Campaign medals. He was born in Waialua. He is survived by wife Mildred; son Robert; daughter Debbie Kelliher; brother Frederic; sisters Josephine Ocampo, Geraldine Bergman and Mia Hammett; and six grandchildren. Services on the mainland.

William H. "Willie" Moniz, 45, of Hilo, owner and president of Pacific Son, died Wednesday at home. He was also a former stevedore/longshoreman for Matson Navigation Co. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Charmaine; son Kasey; daughters Lia, Meli and Emalie; father James; mother Carol I. McCabe; and brothers Kenneth and Jimmy. Services: 1 p.m. Sunday at Dodo Mortuary. Ellen F. Morin, 82, of Hauula, a retired licensed practical nurse, died Aug. 17 in Kahuku. She is survived by sons Philip A. and Joseph A., sister Wanda Hall, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.

Larry B.D. Shon, 74, of Hilo, a retired supervising liquor law investigator for the County of Hawaii, died Sunday in Hilo Medical Center. He was also a U.S. Army veteran. He was born in Waialua. He is survived by wife Annie Y.; sons Daniel, Larry L. and David; brothers Robert and Herbert; sisters Ruth Kalinchak and Grace Dailey; and eight grandchildren. Private services.

Hisao Tanji, 77, of Wailuku, Maui, who retired from Maui Land and Pineapple Co., died Monday in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by wife Yukie and brother Suguru. Private services.

Tatsu Tsuchiyama, 70, of Honolulu died Wednesday in Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Hokkaido, Japan. She is survived by husband Mareshi; son Ray; daughter Anna Uemura; brothers Shohei, Shunji and Toshio Suzuki; sister Tetsuko Honda; and a granddaughter. Kunio "Bob" Wakashige, 76, of Kahului, a surveyor's helper at Hawaiian Commercial and Sugar Co., died Aug. 27 in Hale Makua. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Mitsue, sons Dean and Dennis, sister Sonoe Uegawachi and a grandson. Private services.
