The IBA crowned a new world champion Tuesday night at the Sheraton Waikiki.

Canadian Kathy Williams dethroned American Tracy Moulden, the junior bantamweight world champion, in the 10-round main event of the inaugural Hawaii Tuesday Night Fights series.

In the 10-round heavyweight co-feature, undefeated Russian Serguei Liakhovich beat American Bradley Rone by unanimous decision.

On the undercard, Russian Andrey Tsurkan stayed unbeaten and retained his IBA junior middleweight title by stopping Juan Carlos Barretto of San Diego in the 10th round.

Lightweight Michael Jameson of Tennessee outpointed Colorado's Arthur Cruz in six rounds and Russian bantamweight Edward Utorov beat Hilario Aguilar of Honolulu in four.
