Senator, athlete Clark dies

Winifred Y. Ahana, 66, of Lihue, Kauai died Sunday in Wilcox Hospital. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by mother Hatsue; brothers Robert and Patrick, and sisters Phyllis Tokita and Valerie Narikiyo. Private services.

Gary Y. Amuro, 37, of Honolulu, a travel coordinator, died Sunday in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by parents Thomas K. and Elizabeth; sister Teri J., and brothers Ross, Ryan and Scott. Private services.

Masako I. Arakaki, 86, of Waimea, Kauai, a retired clerk for Ishihara Market, died Monday in Wilcox Hospital. She was born in Kekaha, Kauai. She is survived by sons Wilfred and Winston; daughters Amy Sugano and May Iwamoto, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.

Hans T. Bartee, 12, of Phoenix, a native of Honolulu, died July 16 in Phoenix. He was a Golden Glove boxer and would have been a sixth-grader at Madison Mill School in Phoenix. He is survived by mother Sherry Jones; brother Syrus A. Jones, and grandparents Carl and Laverne Jones, and Daniel and Judy Mathias. Services held.

Gregorio Domogma, 79, of Lahaina, Maui, a retired crew chief mechanic for Pioneer Mill, died April 5 at home. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Perolina "Fay"; son Gregorio Jr.; daughter Mary Ann Velez; brothers Aguedo and Mariano; sisters Carmen Domingo, Teresa Domogma and Sophia Ballaso; caregiver Geraldine, and three grandchildren. Rebecca E. and Dakota G. Dutton, of Kapolei, mother and son, died in Tripler Hospital. Rebecca, 32, died July 29. Dakota, her infant son who was born July 29, died Wednesday. They are survived by husband/father Christopher R.; son/ brother Christopher C.; and parents/ grandparents Gene and Susan Bussell. Services will be held in Alabama for both.

Betty K. Enriques, 64, of Hilo, a retired office manager for the Department of Accounting and General Services and corporate secretary of the Garden Exchange in Hilo, died Wednesday at home. She was born in Pahoa, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Lee; sons Vernon and Russell Enriques and Jeffrey Enriques-Ikeda; daughter Lynne; mother Sachiko Ikeda; brother James Ikeda; sisters Jane Saclot and Marjorie Bright, and three grandchildren. "Ichi" Hunter, 79, of Mililani, formerly of Wahiawa, a retired finance clerk with 37 years of service for the U.S. Army Finance Office at Schofield Barracks Hawaii and former employee at the Post Laundry near Wahiawa, died Sunday at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Earl D.; sons Earl and Carl "Bo"; brothers Albert K., William M. and Richard Y. Tabe, and three grandchildren. William F. Jones, 83, of Las Vegas, formerly of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu Police Department major who had 38 years of service, died July 20. He was born in Bridgeton, N.J. "Puna" Kaliko, 17, of Kekaha, Kauai, a student at Waimea High School, died Tuesday when the car he was driving struck an oncoming car on Kaumuali'i Highway near Akemama Road in Lawai, Kauai. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by parents Robert and Pua; brother Joshua Kaliko-Kanahele; sister Kukuiokalani; and grandparents Kaipo and Mililani Kanahele and Samuel and Eleanor Kaliko. Helene U. Siu, 83, of Los Angeles, who worked for the city Department of Litter Control, died June 1 in Los Angeles. She was born in Hawaii.
