U.S. Treasurer Mary Ellen Withrow, left, was at the Hawaiian
Tel Employees Federal Credit Union yesterday to launch Golden
Dollar Exchange Day. The credit union gave out four gold
dollar coins and one dollar bill, signed by Withrow,
in exchange for five dollars.
