Ceramics from Molokai draw shoppers.

Molokai comes
to Kakaako

Normally, you'd have to go to Molokai to purchase breads from Kanemitsu Bakery. But on Saturday, the bakery comes to Oahu.

The 75-year-old bakeshop will participate in the 15th annual Molokai Festival at Ward Warehouse.

The festival will feature many made-on-Molokai products, including koa and deer horn accessories, batik paintings, haku designs, feather lei and works from the Kamakana Fine Arts Gallery.

Kanemitsu products to be sold include bread, lavosh and jams and jellies.

Festival hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call 591-8411, Ext. 231.
