George M. De Costa, 80, of Honolulu, a retired electrician for Electric Construction Services, died May 10. He was born in Ookala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Violet; sons William "Billy" and George "Terry"; daughter Thelma Hayase; brother Charles Uyeno, and sisters Virginia Dela Pena, Violet Noah, Helen "Bunny" Perry, Olivia Tai and Irene "Marie" Uyeno. John A. Eadie, 74, of Wailuku, Maui, a hospital auxiliary volunteer, died Tuesday in Maui Memorial Hospital. He was born in British Columbia, Canada. He is survived by stepdaughter Polly Comber and stepson Chet Reitze. Memorial services: 10 a.m. tomorrow at Maui Memorial Hospital, multipurpose room. Jean Femia, 80, of Honolulu, died Saturday in St. Francis Hospital. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa. She is survived by sons James and Robert; brothers Albert and Anthony Monti, and a grandchild. Graveside services: 10 a.m. Thursday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery. Donations suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.

Alice S.K. Frye, 92, who died Wednesday, was born in Koloa, Kauai. Incorrect information for an obituary published Friday was provided by the mortuary.

Helen P. Kamakau, 75, of Kailua-Kona, a retired housekeeper for the King Kamehameha and Kona Surf hotels, died May 15 in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Honaunau, Hawaii. She is survived by son Daniel; sisters Matilda K. Hart and Jane Bray, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mass: 6 p.m. Wednesday at St. Benedict's Catholic Church Hall.
