He is survived by wife Mary; son Clifford; daughter Geraldine Tomlinson; sister Rose Borges; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren. Michael S. Batungbacal, 46, of Honolulu, a teacher at Moanalua High School, died May 12 in Honolulu. He was also a kayaking head coach at Iolani School. He was born in Westfield, Mass. David K. Gacusana, 64, of Provo, Utah, who retired from the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Postal Service, died May 13 in Utah Valley Regional Hospital. He was born in Opihikao, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Juanita "Nita"; sons David Jr. and Karl L.; daughters Vicky Cottle and Michelle White; brothers Wendell, Delencey J. and Melvin; sister Maring "Connie"; father Venancio; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
