named all-conferenceThe University of Hawaii-Hilo had one player selected for the first team and three for the second team.
Representing the Sea Warriors are pitcher Jennifer Woodard, shortstop Holly Garcia and outfielder Lyrissa Sagawa on the first team, and first baseman Ho'o Naki on the second team.
Center fielder Leinani Hashida was named to the first team for the Vulcans. UHH seniors Michelle Canchola, Melanie Hipwell and Julee Itamura were second-team selections.
Manoa mile coming up

Weaver to NCAA forum
Football player Avion Weaver has been selected to represent the University of Hawaii at the NCAA Foundation Leadership Conference May 28-June 1 at Disney's Wide World of Sports Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.A total of 353 student-athletes were chosen to participate in the fourth annual event. The conference will focus on various topics recommended by members of the Division I, II and III NCAA Student-Athlete Advisory Committees.
Maui Open scheduled
The Maui Open will be held June 2-4 with the professional and championship flight golfers scheduled to play at the Makena South, Kapalua Plantation and Wailea Gold courses.The defending champion is Henry Sieradzki, who shot a 54-hole total of 213.
The A-flight field will play at Sandalwood, Makena South and the Dunes at Maui Lani, while the B-flight competition will be held at Pukalani, Wailea Blue and Sandalwood.
