Julia Garcia, 73, of Kaneohe, a retired Honolulu City and County worker, died Wednesday in Kaiser Hospital. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Edward Perrells and Steven Hernandez; daughters Natalie Perrells, Diane Mesa, Sandra Rodrigues and Rosita Kishimoto; brother Raymond Matildo; sisters Lena Baldwin, Mary Levinthol, Lucy Faddis, Rosita Garcia and Minnie Ortiz; 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. Services: 10:45 a.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary. Call after 8:30 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery. Casual attire.

Robert R. Grunsky, 87, former president of the Hawaii Employers Council, died April 11 in Vancouver, Wash. He served on the Ad Hoc Committee on Collective Bargaining for Hawaii public employes. The committee's preliminary work led work to the drafting of a bill on collective bargaining for public employees. He is survived by wife Hazel and three children from a previous marriage. Services will be on the mainland.

Dorothea K.Y. Hall, 72, of Honolulu, a professional Hawaiian entertainer, died last Monday in the Palolo Chinese Nursing Home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Katherine E. "Lala" Amoy; brothers Michael and Frank Chun, and sisters Amy Chung and Genevieve Choy. Graveside services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Casual attire.

Nebuko Harada, 86, of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, died Wednesday. She is survived by husband Mas; sons Gary and Bob; sisters Yasuko and Hideko; brothers George and Gen, and two grandchildren. Services were Saturday in Minnesota. Donations suggested to the National Japanese American Memorial Foundation, 1920 North Street NW, Suite 660, Washington, DC 20036.

Toshio Harada, 85, of Wailuku, a retired mechanic for Maui Pineapple Company, died Friday in Maui Memorial Hospital. He is survived by wife Hatsuye; daughter Lillian Lack; brother Taneichi; sister Shizue Okamura, and three grandchildren. Memorial services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Nakamura Mortuary. Call after 10 a.m. Lunch reception to follow. Casual attire. No flowers. Graveside services to be announced.

Shirley A. Hewitt, 62, of Napa, California, died Wednesday in California. She was born in Illinois. She is survived by husband Conrad; sons Michael, Donald and William; daughter Mary; brother Donald Drummond; sisters Rose Sikes, Diana Drummond, Victoria Rodgers and Patricia Drummond, and four grandchildren. Juanito Lunas, 89, of Aiea, a retired chief steward for the U.S. Navy, died April 15. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Mary; daughter Camilla Goldman; five brothers and three sisters in the Philippines, and two grandchildren. Mass: 10 a.m. Thursday at Pearl Harbor Memorial Chapel. Call after 8:30 a.m. Inurnment: 11:30 a.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers.

Florence M. Morishige, 63, of Honolulu, a retired customer service representative for Matson Navigation Company, died April 16 in Straub Hospital. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Kazuaki; sons Robert and David; mother Kazuko Murata, and brothers Ernest, Stanley and Calvin Murata. Services: 6 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Frederick K. Noda, 47, of Tacoma, Wash., an assembly line worker, died April 10 in Tacoma. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by companion Sandra Durr; son Keala; daughters Rona and Kristy; brothers Howard and Erwin Tomita; sisters Charlene Kuhia, Edwina Bongolan, Valerie Estrella, LoriLee Lazo and Trina Garso; parents Edward and Charlotte Tomita, and grandfather Thomas. Adeline P. Nolasco, 76, of Mililani died April 9 in Wahiawa General Hospital. She was born in the Philippines. She is survived by sons Nemesio Jr., David, Samuel, Elmer, Gilbert and Ronnie; brother Teofilo Pepito; sisters Marcelina Pepito, Loreta Nolasco and Apolonia Foronda, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Wake services: 7 p.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Call from 6 to 9 p.m. Mass: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. James Perreira, 62, of El Paso, Texas, died April 15. He is survived by sons James Jr. and Jesse; daughters Marie Perreira and Christine L. Oba, and three grandchildren. Services to be held in El Paso, and burial will be at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery, Texas.
