David Mueller, 39, Linda Grilho, 50, and Maave Maave Jr., 37, are accused in federal court of selling "crack" cocaine to undercover police officers at Aala Park.

They were among 26 people arrested on charges of federal and state felony drug offenses at the "Weed and Seed" site April 14 in a "buy-bust reverse sting" operation.

The undercover operation began by targeting and arresting drug sellers.

Later, police officers assumed roles as drug sellers and began targeting and arresting buyers.

The other people arrested on charges of attempting to purchase crack cocaine were referred to the Honolulu prosecutor's office for prosecution in state court.

All automobiles driven to Aala Park by these state defendants were seized for potential forfeiture under state law.

Conviction for selling crack cocaine may result in a federal sentence of up to 40 years in prison.
