A recycling plant

At yesterday's opening of the new Schofield Barracks
Recycling Center, Alvin Char, center, Chief Environmental
Division, plants a koa tree with the help of Col William Ryan,
left, and Col. William Puttmann. The event also was in
celebration of Earth Day this Saturday.
