The Westin Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki marks its 10th anniversary April 20 and G.M. Ted McAneeley has already received a nice birthday present. Guests who stayed at Westin hotels in North America in the fourth quarter of 1999 rated the Hawaii Prince Waikiki No. 1 in 14 of 27 categories. The Coldwell Banker team at Kahala had a party Wednesday to mark the real estate firm's high-tech marketing program and new window displays, all put together by Robyn Schaefer. The display paid off on the spot. Realtors Margaret Murchie and Anntonette Capre-Brown were looking at a backlit window box showing Margaret's photo when a woman walked up to look at the photo and said she wanted to make a property sale.
