William L. "Billy" Carpenter Sr., 85, of Anderson, Ind., died Saturday. He lived in Honolulu from 1970 to 1997. He is survived by wife Laura; son william; daughter Eleanor, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Angeline F. Feliciano, 77, of Kailua, died Thursday in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu.
