Simon J.K. "Butch" Aiu, 57, of Waianae, a roofer, died March 15 in St. Francis-West Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Jason and Joel Aiu and Walter Cardus; daughters Christine Kea, Jereline Cardus and Dana-Jenee, Mella and Falelua Aiu; brothers Paul-Richard Hart and Lawrence Aiu; and seven grandchildren.
