Perry and Price
celebrate the Irish

The Perry and Price radio show goes Irish Saturday in celebration of the St. Patrick's Day weekend.

Broadcast from the Sheraton Waikiki's Hanohano room, the 8 to 11 a.m. program is hosted by Michael W. Perry and Larry Price. This week the hosts will feature special guests and musicians performing Irish and Irish-inspired tunes.

The Hanohano's breakfast buffet will also be modified to include Irish toast and Green River punch. The buffet will be served from 7 to 10:30 a.m.

Reservations are being accepted at $19 for adults, $13 for children ages 8 to 12 and $10 for children 5 to 7. Children under 5 will be admitted free. Call 922-4422 for reservations.

Lorin Tarr Gill Writing Competition
The competition is open to all writers. No more than one entry per category. Submissions must be typed on white standard paper, double spaced with a 2000 word limit for fiction and non-fiction; single spaced with a 40 line limit for poetry. Attach a cover sheet with the following information: category, title, author's name, address and telephone number.Manuscripts will not be returned. Winners will be notified and awards will be presented at the National League of American Pen Women BIennial Writers' Conference on April 22 at Hale Ikena, Fort Schaffter.
