Elecio R. Babila, 86, of Ewa Beach died Sunday in St. Francis-West Hospital. He was born in Ilocos Norte, the Philippines. He is survived by wife Dionicia R.; son Robert E.; daughters Norma B. Valdez, Sally B. Caras and Elizabeth J. Bernades, 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Mass: 7 p.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Church. Yolanda H.K.C. Brandt, 53, of Kona, Hawaii, a groundskeeper and caretaker at St. Benedict's Church, died March 3 at home. She was born in Kona. Henry K.H. Ching, 86, of Honolulu, who retired from the federal government, died Monday in Queen's Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. Jeremias M. "Quirin" Domingo, 79, of Kahului died Feb. 29 in Maui Memorial Hospital. He was born in Ilocos Norte, the Philippines. He is survived by sons Virgilio, Felipe and Jeremias Paguirigan Jr. and Danny Ramos, daughters Saturnina Paguirigan Miguel, Carmen Paguirigan Domingo Arnolds and Mirriam Lambrev and 16 grandchildren. Shunichi "Roy" Fukumoto, 88, of Whitmore, a retired electrician from Dole Plantation, died Thursday in St. Francis Hospital. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by sons Harold T. and Edward T.; brothers Yukitoshi and Kiyoshi Inouye; sisters Matsuyo Tamura and Hanayo Kawamura, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Richard Y. Mizo, 79, of Honolulu, a retired stevedore, died Sunday in St. Francis Hospital. He was born in Hamakua, Hawaii.
