Puerto Rican culture

Listen to the music of the cuatro and watch dancers perform the traditional dances of Puerto Rico during the Puerto Rican Cuatro Festival taking place 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday at the Honolulu Academy of Arts Theatre, 900 S. Beretania St.

Featured will be the Boricua Dance Co., directed by Kathy Marzan, and cuatro players Joe Rios, John Albert Ortiz, Juilo Rodrigues Jr., Mike Balles, Sonny Morales, John Gary Guzman and Bobby Castillo.

Advance tickets are $10 general, $8 for students and senior citizens with I.D. Tickets at the door will be $15 and $13 respectively.
