To complement this taste of Louisiana, there will be free mardi gras beads. Gumbo, jambalaya and king's cakes available for purchase.
Shows are as follows:
March 23 -- At the Maui Arts & Cultural Center Castle Theater, with dance floor, 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Tickets $20, $25 and $28, available at the MACC box office. Call (808)-242-SHOW (7469).
March 24 -- At the Honolulu Zoo, 7 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Tickets $22 in advance, $25 at the gate. Tickets are available at Tower Video Kapiolani, Tower Records-Pearl Kai and Kahala Mall, Hungry Ear-Kailua and Honolulu, Rainbow Books and Schofield Barracks.
March 25 -- At the Kona Brewing Co. Brewhouse Oasis, Kailua-Kona, Big Island, 3 p.m. Doors open at 2 p.m. Tickets at the Brewhouse, Mele Kai Music, Kipuka Smoke Shop, Kilauea General Store in Volcano, MJS Music and CD Wizard.
