One-stop shopping

Brownlee, looks at the new City and County, one-stop permit center
that opened yesterday at the Honolulu Municipal Building in what
previously was an open-air courtyard. The official opening ceremonies
for the $280,000 center, which provides a single place to get building
and zoning permits, are scheduled next week. Other types of permits
can be obtained at the customer services counter
on the Ewa end of the building.
