Christmas cheer

If it's getting to feel a lot like Christmas for everyone but you, perhaps a trip on the Internet to some of the top Christmas sites would help.

First, dash over to Washington, D.C., to check on the progress with the national Christmas tree -- there's a live camera at http://www.senate.gov/~daschle/tree/treecam.html.

Then go window shopping at Bloomingdales in New York, at http://www.bloomingdales.com/59_lex_window_watch.cfm.

While in New York stop by Rockefeller Center to watch the ice skaters, with another live camera at http://www.ftna.com/cents.cgi

Then on to Cincinnati, where the Eastgate Mall has a live camera with streaming video trained on Santa at http://www.cincisanta.com. If you time your visit right, Santa even reads live Christmas stories to the Ohio shoppers.
