Friis, Christensen win
Hawaii Pacific's Christian Friis and Nina Christensen won the men's 10K and women's 6K runs in the Hawaii-Hilo Invitational cross-country meet Saturday on the Big Island.Friis finished in 33 minutes and 50 seconds, leading HPU to the men's team title.UH-Hilo's Jesus Villavicencio and Alez Tinajero were second and third.
Christensen paced the wo-men's field in 23:30 but Brigham Young claimed the next three places and team honors.
