Highway retaining wall after inspecting the damage to
an overturned company truck. The incident occurred
about 1:15 p.m. yesterday, blocking one Kailua-bound
lane of the highway near the hairpin turn for several
hours and the other lane for brief periods while a
tow truck set up.
