Tiger Woods is coming, but it's going to mean a change of dates for the PGA Grand Slam of Golf, PGA of America announced Tuesday.

Woods' participation will mean winners of all four "majors" will be on hand for the event, which has been moved back a week, to Nov. 23-24.

The other participants in the field include Masters champion Jose Maria Olazabal, U.S. Open winner Payne Stewart and British Open champion Paul Lawrie. Woods, the defending Grand Slam titleist, gained entry to the exclusive field by winning last month's PGA Championship title.

As the world's No.1 -ranked player, Woods will face 4th-seeded Lawrie in the first round with No. 2 seed Stewart taking on No. 3 Olazabal.

The winners meet the following day for the championship.

The two-day, match-play Grand Slam, which carries a purse of $1 million, will be held at the Poipu Bay Resort Golf Course on Kauai.
