Pattern Works' booth is set up in Redwood City, Calif.
The fourth annual Sewing-Quilting and Craft Exposition takes place tomorrow through Sunday at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.
More than 100 exhibitors from throughout the United States and Canada will display supplies, gadgets and kits, as well as sewing machines, embroidery machines and laminating systems.
Seminars will cover pattern-fitting, dressmaking, "scrapbag creativity" and various quilting techniques.
General admission is $6. Hours are noon to 8 p.m. tomorrow and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the weekend.

The grand tasting takes place from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Tapa Ballroom and features wines from many regions. There also will be a special tasting of dessert wines from around the world.
In addition to a silent auction of gift items, a live wine auction will take place from 3 to 5 p.m.
Tickets are $45 in advance; $55 at the door. For $95, attendees gain admission to the event as well as a premium tasting featuring Rosemount Estate Master of Wine Robert Geddes. He will pour the vineyard's Balmoral, Mount Blue Shiraz, Show Reserve Cabernet and Roxburgh Chardonnay wines, among others. Seating for the 1 to 2 p.m. event is limited.
The Hawaii Lupus Foundation is an advocate for persons with lupus and efforts to eradicate the disease.
The event is co-sponsored by Grand Cru Wine Merchants and Fujioka's Wine Merchants.
