Homing in on sales
for Finance Factors

Jaime Manago will be responsible for outside sales for Finance Factors Ltd., with her primary focus on residential mortgages.

Finance Factors has been reorganizing the company in an effort to improve efficiency and better respond to customers needs. The new sales group, which started earlier this year, has six persons.

"Most of the external sales (referrals) are from mortgage brokers and Realtors," Manago said.

She started with Finance Factors in 1988 as a management trainee, was promoted to loan officer, and in 1993 became the manager of the Kailua branch. In 1997, Manago was promoted to assistant vice president.

Manago earned a bachelor's degree in management administration from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb. She is a member of the Mortgage Lenders of Hawaii and the Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Finance Factors has 15 branches.
