Tokyo laid a wreath at the grave of Gov. John Burns today

anniversary. The four styles of kimono worn by Japanese
court ladies 1,000 years ago will be featured at a program
tomorrow beginning at 2 p.m. at Tokai University. Cost
is $3 for members of the Japan-America Society of Hawaii,
$5 for others. Call 524-4450 for reservations and information.
