Home on the Web
Free yourself from the tiresome job of building a Web page. eBoard helps
post messages,
photos easilyThere is a new service, called eBoard, that lets you put information online but doesn't require the hassle of hosting a Web site.
The free service at http://www.eboard.com/ takes about two minutes to set up and register. Then you can easily post messages and photos online in seconds.
"An eBoard is a central location, where people know they can check to find information they need. EBoards are often used for exactly the same things that 'real world' bulletin boards are used for -- to post up schedules, pictures, announcements, calendars for people to come and view at their convenience," according to site promoters.
If you have a sports team or club that needs to keep up communication while minimizing confusion, check out eBoard.
"Home on the Web" is a weekly Friday feature of the Star-Bulletin.
